Sanath Group Of Institution started in the year 2005. To begin with the trust started GNM course backed by our renowned Sanath Group Of Institution which has made tertiary care its hallmark keeping in mind the quality of education.
Sanath School & College of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences, Mysore is the pioneer institute in Nursing & technician and has its origin as College of Nursing attached to Vikram Group of Hospitals (Super Specialty Hospital).
Sanath Group Of Nursing & Paramedical Sciences was established in the year of 2005.
The College is approved by Govt of Karnataka, affiliated to the KSDNEB, Paramedical Board and the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, and recognized for the Diploma and Degree courses with the approval of the State Nursing Council of Karnataka and the Indian Nursing Council.

OUR AIM
Sanath group of institutions attempts to integrated health service throughout the nursing and midwifery course and thus prepare the nurse for more effective service whether in a hospital or in community. We aim to provide a programme which will help the nurse to develop into a well rounded person capable of continued growth in her / his personal and professional life.
Objectives
- Responsibilities as professional, competent nurses and midwives and providing promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services.
- Abreast of latest trends and technology in providing health care. Awareness, interest contributes towards advancement of self and of the profession.
- A board concept of fundamental principles on which quality Nursing care is based and a satisfactory level of skill in providing care to people of all age in a community or institutional settings.
- Able to apply the principles from the physical biological, social and behavioural sciences for assessing health status.
- Recognition of Principles of teaching and their application to the work of the nurse.
- Develop ability to advance without further formal education to positions which require beginning skills in clinical teaching and uni-management.

History
Sanath Group Of Institution was established in 2005 with the objective of providing quality education in healthcare and allied disciplines. In the same year, Paramedical Sciences and the General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) program were introduced in association with Government Hospitals and recognized by the Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board (KSDNEB).
In 2008, Sanath College of Nursing was established with approval from the Government of Karnataka and affiliation to the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, and recognition by the Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi. The institution has since contributed significantly to the preparation of competent and compassionate nursing professionals.
Expanding its commitment to multidisciplinary healthcare education, Sanath College of Bachelor of Physiotherapy was introduced in 2024 under the affiliation of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). In the same year, Sanath College of Allied Health Sciences was also established, further strengthening the Trust’s mission to meet the evolving healthcare needs through skilled and industry-ready professionals.
